Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry Strong expertise in: Requirement gathering and stakeholder management Business process modeling (BPM, workflows, use cases) Hands-on experience with: Jira (or similar requirement management tools) Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in an onsite, client-facing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Roles & Responsibilities Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation from business stakeholders across automotive projects Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users to translate business needs into functional specifications Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement review sessions Develop and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) User stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Manage and track requirements using tools like Jira or similar platforms Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of solutions Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives
