Job Description

Position Description:
At Corrigan, we're more than just a family-owned company—we're a growing organization that relies on technology and innovation to support over 900 employees across multiple states. We're seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and tech solutions by defining requirements, analyzing data, and improving processes, working directly with PM's, Dev, and Consultants to deliver and implement new systems and processes. Together, you will analyze opportunities (BA), document requirements (BA), manage project execution (PM), ensure quality/testing (Both), and communicate progress to stakeholders, driving efficient, value-driven project completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Brighton, Michigan.
Core Responsibilities :
Discovery:
Identify, understand, and document business processes and requirements to ensure smooth implementation of software and new processes.
Internal QA:
Based on requirements gathered, test and QA internal software to ensure they meet business needs before the business is looped in for UAT testing.
Subject Matter Expert/ADMIN:
Inherently becomes system Admin and system expert to help support, troubleshoot, or work with the business to understand issues or requirements.
Business Support:
Enable Adoption, Support, and understanding by learning new processes and building relationships with the business during delivery cycles.
Implementation:
This role helps create and outline training documentation and works with the business to aid and support change management and training within departments.
Communication:
As the business voice, working in tandem with project management to deliver and present clear communication around timelines, testing, delivery, and implementation.
Qualifications / Experience
/
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation Experience with or knowledge of ERPs and business operating systems
