Position Summary Cass Family Clinic is seeking a motivated and analytical professional who is passionate about improving workflows, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of each department's revenue, expense, and operational model to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and financial performance. Partner with department leaders and staff to observe and evaluate day-to-day workflows and operational processes. Identify inefficiencies, determine root causes, and assist in the development and implementation of sustainable process improvements. Analyze monthly financial statements and operational performance data. Provide recommendations to improve departmental performance and support leaders in implementing approved improvement initiatives. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and provide timely information for management decision-making. Prepare and present statistical, operational, and financial reports to support organizational goals. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Three to five years of experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience analyzing financial and operational data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
