Job Description
Description We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support project work across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. This is a hybrid contract role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects from requirements through implementation. What You'll Do Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs through stakeholder interviews and current-state process/systems analysis Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and deliverables aligned to specification Conduct data analysis, design solutions, and write clear technical requirements Support testing and implementation of technology solutions Conduct research and develop procedures to improve existing systems Provide training and ongoing support to end users Write Requests for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables documents
