Business Systems AnalystAuburn Hills, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)6 Months (Potential of Extension)
Ideal Years of Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years overall business/system analysis experienceMinimum 3-5 years overall User Experience document and design experience. Top Required Skills (Rank and Prioritize Specific Tools/Technologies Required):

Experience working within different project delivery methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologiesExperience using collaboration tools like
JIRA and Confluence Responsibilities:
Lead the gathering and synthesizing of functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategyIdentify and conduct necessary workshops/interviews to clarify and document requirementsAnalyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify applicationsResponsible to assess business requirements and provide design leadership to identify and address impact to process and systemsAbility to capture and communicate business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement) to support downstream planning and executionAbility to capture and build business process documentation in the form of process flows, activity diagrams and use casesAbility to provide input to project estimating and resource needs in support of requirements gathering and analysisSupport the Quality Assurance team in the building of test strategy, plan and test cases including requirements traceability matrixSupporting Quality Assurance test strategy and contribution to test coverage assessmentAbility to support the creation/design of new user experiences and improvements of existing user experiencesProven experience to quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through detailsLead and document using a human-centered design process to support the delivery of an user-centric interface and experienceDevelops high level, mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-upsWork closely with product managers to maximize customer successWorking knowledge of UX design principlesDevelops and maintains detailed user-interface specificationsPresents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedbackContributes to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologiesWork closely with product managers to identify and document user experience requirements and design ideas
