This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Central professional who has successfully delivered ERP implementations and enjoys leading business transformation initiatives across multiple functional areas. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization initiatives. Drive ERP migration projects and support business process transformation. Gather requirements, conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and design Business Central solutions. Manage data migration, testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support. Serve as the Business Central Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to business stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to improve system utilization and operational efficiency. Work alongside implementation partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. What We're Looking For 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV. Proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations processes. Experience with ERP migration and business transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or Power Automate would be highly advantageous. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
