Location Requirement:
The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the Kansas City, MO office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst II will be responsible for collection and documentation of all As Is processes. They will work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes. This includes identifying and evaluating a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. They will work with IT to project manage process/requirement work and manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Business Analyst II will take a proactive approach to monitoring end-to-end processes within the organization. They will be responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies can be improved and recommending solutions to address any gaps or areas in need of improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience of business and process analysis. Must have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and PowerPoint. Must have prior experience designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Telecommunications is preferred Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience Two-year process management experience required Service Now experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations Ability to develop and coordinate multiple processes and business requirements Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently

Salary Range:
$64,050 - $80,000 Beyond competitive health and retirement benefits with immediate 401(k) vesting, Segra also invests in your total well-being through programs supporting physical, mental, financial, and social wellness.
