Ramp Supervisors at Southwest Airlines manage Ramp Agents and make sureaircraftarrive anddeparton schedule. They guide the Team, check that safety rules are followed, and keep equipment ready for use. Supervisors also handle scheduling, training, and daily reports. They work with other Airport Operations Teams to solve problems and share updates. This role is great for someone who enjoys leading People and helping Southwest deliver safe, efficient, and on-time service every day. Additionaldetails The Supervisor Ramp works assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
