How You'll Make an Impact Coordinate and monitor budgets, reforecasting and expense analysis to support financial objectivesPrepare and review reports and analyses that guide financial planning and controlPerform data trend analysis on operational budget spend to inform the achievement of Key Performance IndicatorsApply financial models to forecast results and improve decision-makingIdentify cost savings opportunities through targeted analysisCreate and update operating expense reforecastsConduct operating expense variance analysis and reporting, including monthly financial statement reviews to detect trendsWorking Conditions Office environmentWhat You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience 2+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experienceSkills Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to quickly identify business problems and opportunitiesAbility to communicate clearly orally and in writingAbility to communicate with all levels of management and personnelAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of software applications such as Word and Excel #
