Business Data Analyst We are recruiting for a Temporary Business Data Analyst opportunity with one of our clients through Adecco. This role is suited to an analytical professional with strong experience in Python and Power BI who can turn data into actionable business insights. The position involves working with large datasets, building dashboards, automating reporting processes, and supporting business decision-making with data-driven recommendations. The Business Data Analyst will partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify trends, improve processes, and deliver clear reporting and analysis that support operational and strategic business initiatives. This is a temporary role with an hourly pay rate of $27.00 to $31.00 What You Will Do? Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Develop actionable recommendations that support operational and business decisions. Perform ad hoc analysis to address business challenges and leadership requests. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Use Python to clean, transform, validate, and analyze data. Develop automated data workflows and reporting processes. Extract and manipulate data from databases, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and business applications. Work with business leaders and operational teams to define reporting requirements. Your Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, reporting, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization. Strong experience working with large datasets and business reporting. Experience with SQL and database querying is preferred. Experience with ERP systems or enterprise business applications is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Interested? Pay Details:
