Responsible for working collaboratively and interdepartmentally to engage in the planning and implementation of improvement methodologies throughout the organization with the intent of assisting Benefis Health System in achieving its strategic priorities. Skilled in data aggregation, data analysis, and the deployment of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, this position plans and coordinates solution design, defines and documents milestones, and outlines schedules for completion. Identifies and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), recognizes risks, implements process controls, and provides the framework to create consulting services for internal clients regarding strategic business planning, process and systems engineering and/or business transformation to design and develop new or improved business processes and capabilities. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Systems, or Process Engineering One to three years of Healthcare Experience Preferred Previous experience in Project Management preferred Previous experience in performance improvement activities preferred Exemption Wage Exempt Starting Wage $70,907.20/annual Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience The professional team members at Benefis bring their passion and skills to work every day, providing exceptional care for each patient.
