Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join a leading global technology and manufacturing organizations Finance team. This position plays a critical role in helping the business understand revenue performance, profitability trends, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial health. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business curiosity and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to expand their experience in FP&A, revenue analysis, business planning, and strategic decision support.
Salary Range:
$75,000-85,000/Annually + Benefits Responsibilities Support financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning. Analyze revenue trends, profitability, pricing performance, customer activity, and product mix to identify key business drivers. Evaluate financial performance against budget, forecast, and historical results, providing meaningful explanations for variances. Assist with revenue forecasting by leveraging historical data, customer trends, operational metrics, and business assumptions. Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations that support executive decision-making. Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business leaders to provide insights that drive revenue growth and margin improvement. Analyze customer profitability, pricing strategies, volume trends, and other commercial performance indicators. Prepare clear and concise recommendations regarding financial risks, opportunities, and emerging business trends. Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities. Improve reporting processes, analytical models, and business intelligence tools to increase efficiency and accuracy. Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support business cases for leadership initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Revenue Analysis, Commercial Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field. Experience supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, or performance analysis processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, formulas, and financial modeling. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience analyzing revenue, profitability, margins, pricing, customer performance, or operating expenses. Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI. Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise reporting systems. Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
