Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking a Strategic Finance Partner to support high-impact financial planning and business strategy initiatives within a dynamic industry-leading organization based in the Triad area, NC. The Strategic Finance Partner role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, with a proven ability to influence business outcomes and drive value creation. Responsibilities of the
Strategic Finance Partner:
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, business decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions.
- Identify and drive value creation opportunities through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on financial trends, operational metrics, and market dynamics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on business performance improvement and strategic execution.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic and financial success.
Strategic Finance Partner:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, commercial manufacturing, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong experience supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience identifying business opportunities and driving measurable value creation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Compensation for the Strategic Finance Partner includes:
- Salary range: $170,000 - $175,000 depending on experience w/a 10% bonus
