Technical Business Analyst

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a commercial, customer-facing digital product team. This role will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to rapidly build and refine a strong delivery backlog, with an immediate emphasis on authoring high-quality user stories and supporting sprint readiness. The ideal candidate has experience working on products that go to market, understands how to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment. This role is highly collaborative and visible, requiring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to speak up. This position supports a relatively new product team and newer product manager, making prior product and delivery experience especially valuable.
