It converts strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution rhythms, working closely with WW DWS senior leadership and cross-functional teams across portfolio, finance, sales, marketing, delivery, HR, operations, and geographies. The role supports leadership planning and business review forums and requires strong ownership, business judgment, and a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution. What You'll Do Support annual and quarterly strategic planning by defining business priorities, objectives, key initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. Partner with leadership to turn business vision into execution plans, operating models, governance mechanisms, milestones, and accountability structures. Analyze market, competitive, customer, financial, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities, business risks, execution gaps, and operational improvement priorities. Develop concise, executive-ready presentations, business cases, investment recommendations, scenarios, and decision materials for senior stakeholders. Establish and manage the business operating cadence, including leadership reviews, planning forums, performance dashboards, action tracking, and follow-up mechanisms. Drive cross-functional alignment across portfolio, offering, sales, delivery, finance, marketing, HR, operations, and geography teams to ensure priorities are understood, resourced, and executed. Monitor progress against strategic initiatives, surface blockers and trends, recommend corrective actions, improve planning tools and governance practices, and strengthen accountability for outcomes. What You'll Learn How to translate a global digital workplace strategy into practical, measurable execution plans. How senior leaders run planning and business reviews in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed global environment. How to use market, competitive, customer, financial, and internal performance data to drive strategic decisions and investment choices. How to design and manage operating cadences, governance mechanisms, dashboards, and performance management approaches. How to influence and align diverse cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders without direct authority.Job Requirements:
Must Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant experience in strategy, business planning, portfolio management, operations, consulting, finance, or a business leadership support function. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent executive communication, presentation, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, work independently across diverse cultures and functions, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed global environment. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration platforms, AI tools, and dashboarding or analytics tools. Nice to Have MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline. Experience in technology services such as consulting, professional services, managed services, cybersecurity, ServiceNow, or digital workplace solutions. Experience supporting senior leadership teams, operating reviews, business transformation programs, or strategic investment planning. Familiarity with financial modeling, scenario planning, market sizing, portfolio performance management, and business case development. Experience building repeatable planning frameworks, governance models, performance management mechanisms, and executive reporting cadences. GLF Program Requirements Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%) North America Hiring Time Line Fall 2026Application Timeline:
