  • Wilson, NC The Strategy & Controlling Sr Specialist supports strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing performance management. This role provides financial analysis and business insights to support Operations and Finance decision-making while driving productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Day-to-Day
  • Support strategic planning and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, KPIs, and resource needs.
  • Develop business cases, financial analyses, feasibility studies, and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing performance, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Coordinate budget, forecast, and planning inputs, including KPIs, headcount, productivity initiatives, and operating costs.
  • Prepare monthly reporting, leadership presentations, and decision-support materials.
  • Track productivity and cost-saving initiatives, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Consolidate planning submissions and support budget and long-range planning cycles.
  • Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identify key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support inventory counts, controls activities, and related follow-up actions. Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, business controlling, operations planning, or performance management.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, KPI reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to turn data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP, ERP, FMCG, and manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.

Annual Base Salary Range:
$88,000
