Overview
- Job Purpose
- The Consultant, PSO - Implementation is responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for customers.
- Responsibilities
- + Lead the delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage related technology solutions to include Encompass + Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvements + Assist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities + Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions + Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership + Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance customer adoption and utilization of solutions + Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams within Professional Services + Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, lending operations, and technology solutions + Support multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Travel estimated 10-15% as needed based on project and client requirements •Knowledge and Experience•+ 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: + Mortgage lending or mortgage operations + Software implementation or consulting + Banking technology + Strong communication and customer-facing skills + Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement + Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- + Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage technology platforms, Encompass preferred + Exposure to software implementation, business analysis, system configuration, or process improvement initiatives + Familiarity with customer software onboarding methodologies
