- Advisor About your job: The Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) powers the rewards programs for Fiserv's issuing clients.
Key areas of focus include:
What you'll do:Client Communications:
Drive our interaction and communications with clients through established channels including release notes, user manuals, client websites and standardized email messagesClient Support :
Own key PLP client support processes including billing, client relationships management, and technology activities that require coordination with clientsNew Business Development :
Lead all PLP participation in RFP/RFI processes on behalf of the loyalty team and coordinate with Fiserv's proposal's team on enterprise efforts on RFP/RFI responses.Loyalty Team Initiatives :
Support loyalty team in ongoing initiatives including documenting processes (Feature releases, RCAs, tutorials, etc.), user access management and ad-hoc team requests.Strategic Product Initiatives :
Own and drive strategic development projects with clients and technology projects. Lead product development, defining requirements, testing, release management and client coordination and support. Experience you'll need to have: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with the ability to quickly and effectively pivot as needed. Effective decision-making skills with ability to leverage existing processes and resources to solve problems. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications with a intermediate level of skill. 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fin tech or related field. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good follow-up skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field and/or equivalent military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Previous experience in Product, Technology or Business Operations. Experience with Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.Sponsorship:
