Lead Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across Workforce Management and Talent Management. Required Qualifications At least 10 years of HRIS, HCM, or enterprise application experience. Five or more years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience. Demonstrated expertise in Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and one or more Talent Management areas. Experience leading Workday implementations, module deployments, or major optimization initiatives. Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, organizational structures, security, reporting, calculated fields, and testing practices. Understanding of workforce operations, timekeeping, absence administration, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Experience gathering requirements and converting them into scalable functional solutions. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across technical and functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Workday certification or Workday Pro accreditation in relevant functional areas. DOE Summary We are seeking a Senior Workday Workforce Management & Talent Consultant to lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday solutions across Workforce Management and Talent Management. The consultant will partner with HR, payroll, operations, IT, and business leaders to translate workforce requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
