The Data Analyst supports Genomics Operations and cross-functional stakeholders by enabling data-driven decision making through the delivery and support of business intelligence and reporting solutions. This role partners with laboratory operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure operational data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for performance monitoring, process improvement, and strategic planning.
