- + Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) business processes across multiple business units using clear process maps and workflow diagrams.
+ Design and document future-state (To-Be) processes to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives. + Develop and maintain visual process flows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational standards. + Create and manage J&J-standard use cases and requirements documentation within Jira. + Partner with business stakeholders to develop comprehensive test scripts based on approved use cases and business requirements. + Provide process documentation support throughout the testing and implementation lifecycle to ensure successful solution validation and adoption.
- What you will bring:
- + 2-5 years of experience in business analysis + Strong business process mapping and workflow documentation skills.
+ Experience creating process flow diagrams and visual documentation. + Familiarity with Jira for requirements, use case, and project tracking. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams. + Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test script development.
Education:
- + Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
