Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is hiring an NGM Pas-X Business Analyst to support Pas-X MES initiatives for one of its largest clients in the life sciences industry. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements, coordinating deployments, maintaining compliant SDLC documentation, supporting testing and validation, and acting as a liaison between J&J, Koerber/KPS, site teams, Quality, IT, and delivery partners. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Strong Business Analyst, Product, MES, or validation experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, GxP/GDP, CSV/validation practices, agile delivery, traceability, and quality control system changes.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, qTest, Microsoft 365, and enterprise change tools. Must have strong communication skills and be able to explain system changes to site teams, Quality, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Korber Pas-X MES knowledge.
- Pas-X deployment experience.
- Performance testing coordination.
- Global curriculum/SOP ownership.
- GenAI or digital transformation program support.
