Only w2 can local candidates: Position Summary The Business Systems Analyst serves as a critical liaison between Workplace Benefits business and technology teams, partnering with stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver technology solutions that support strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams, supporting testing and implementation activities, and driving successful outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and stakeholder management capabilities to help deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, while leveraging modern tools, including GenAI, to enhance analysis and delivery effectiveness. - Experience in Wealth Management
- Experience as a hands on business systems analyst on an agile team, writing user stories, creating technical design documentation, system flows, etc. Desired Qualifications
