Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a TIBCO Production Support Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This individual will work in a production support role aligned to both Global Wealth and Investment Management and Data Analytics, supporting the TIBCO platform (SOA, BPM, and EMS). Support services include incident management, coordination with problem management, constant knowledge building, and the identification and implementation of process improvements including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsibilities:

Manage and restore all production application issues in a timely manner, providing updates to senior leadership

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production support and 24/5 non-production support

Support monthly releases to turn over new code and changes into production

Accountable for engineering, build, and support, including OS and database patching

Prepare use cases and run test cases against product upgrades and hotfixes

Partner with project delivery and development teams

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree with 7+ years of experience

Strong understanding of TIBCO Businessworks, iProcess, EMS, and Hawk

Good programming and debugging skills in Java, Linux, and Oracle

Good knowledge in

TIBCO SOA/BPM

products deployment and administration methodologies

Solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions

Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills

ITIL Certification

Desired skills:

Knowledge of TIBCO Active Matrix BPM

Experience in Java and Linux script utilities Clustering

Horizon CI/CD knowledge

Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Ansible, Kafka, or Terraform

Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hour
