The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to clarify needs, improve processes, and help drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to client setup, application rollouts, systems integration, and workflow enhancement.
• Elicit, organize, and document business and functional needs so stakeholders and technical teams share a clear understanding of project goals.
• Act as a central point of coordination among internal users, operations staff, external clients, vendors, and technology teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
• Convert operational challenges and business objectives into practical, well-defined requirements that guide solution planning and execution.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing activities by preparing test scenarios, tracking outcomes, and investigating issues when results do not match expectations.
• Oversee several assignments at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through.
• Analyze both day-to-day process details and larger business objectives, asking thoughtful questions to uncover gaps, risks, or incorrect assumptions.
• Contribute to projects involving supply chain operations, finance-related processes, and emerging AI applications where business value can be improved.
