Job Description:
Experis Cross Border is currently supporting a multinational technology company in their search for an Enterprise Transformation Associate. The initial contract will be 6 months but with strong likelihood of extensions or conversion to a permanent role. The role is based in New York is on site 5 days a week and in this role, you will support the acceleration of their Enterprise Line of Business and the execution of three-year strategic plans across the enterprise
Key Responsibilities:
Using analytics and data to support decision-making, helping organisations choose between competing priorities through fact-based, structured, and creative methods Apply strategic frameworks and critical thinking to shape business direction. Help the company define vision, set priorities, and build road maps, leveraging the right tools and collaborative approaches to deliver clarity and alignment across teams.
Essential Skills:
