Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support payroll-related operations and workforce administration. This long-term contract position focuses on reviewing payroll information, monitoring timekeeping accuracy, and helping resolve employee questions with care and attention. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach to handling sensitive employee matters.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze payroll records and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and support timely processing
  • Review employee timekeeping information to confirm completeness, investigate irregularities, and help maintain compliance with company policies
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, attendance, and workforce records while ensuring clear and detail-focused follow-up
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to document issues, clarify business needs, and recommend practical process improvements
  • Conduct document reviews and gap analysis to strengthen payroll-related workflows and reduce recurring errors
  • Track open items, maintain organized records, and ensure employee concerns are resolved within expected timelines
  • Support business analysis activities by gathering information, evaluating current practices, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
