Summary:
The Business Analyst, Mortgage Sales supports mortgage production and sales effectiveness through timely reporting, pipeline and CRM analysis, lead assignment, and performance monitoring. This role evaluates loan status, market trends, competitive position, and market share; prepares commission and management reports; and communicates relevant regulatory and investor guideline changes. The analyst also monitors FHA, VA, investor, and grant programs to support compliance and provides actionable insights that help senior management achieve production goals and improve business performance. Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree or a minimum of four years' directly related experience requiredMinimum two years of mortgage origination/ processing end to end experience requiredIntermediate Salesforce, Mortgage Bot/Finestra skills requiredExcel, pivot tables and PowerPoint Presentations experience requiredKnowledge of regulations and policies regarding mortgage processing, products, pricing, all investor rules and regulations required
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports based on pipeline, Salesforce CRM, and all trending mortgage data based on research to ensure leads are followed up timelyWorks to ensure current pipeline follows regulatory requirements. (TRID, etc.).Analyzes length of time loan is in statusEnsures reporting is accurate and timely to commit to mortgage production goals weekly/monthly/adhocMonitors investor guidelines, rules and regulations and communicates these changes to mortgage staffResearch mortgage trends and prepare competitive analysis for senior management.

Analyzes data and trends with Zillow, Corelogic, Market Intelligence and all competition to keep senior management appraised with stack ranking and market shareAssigns salesforce referrals and leadsCollects data to prepare internal mortgage team newsletterPrepares monthly commission reports for HR to pay IMLO/OMLOMonitors FHA, VA, investor and grant program to ensure compliance with internal and external investors/sources on a monthly/quarterly and annual basisPerforms other duties as assigned Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
