Send job Job Details Company Job Details Build our future together: The Lead Business Analyst Therapeutic Focus Areas will work collaboratively with Research & Preclinical Development scientists, as well as other IT stakeholders, to understand and document scientific lab and data processes, and translate these into requirements for the development of data and technology solutions that support Regenerons scientific mission.

4 days onsite per week required Discover your role: As a Lead Business Analyst, a typical day might include the following: Translate business needs and project objectives into clear requirements; document problem statements with measurable business value Document 'as is' and 'to be' business processes; identify and document functional and non-functional requirements using standard methodologies Map information system connections and data flows; define data elements and support data mapping Write SQL statements to investigate and validate data; understand data structures and database concepts Support backlog prioritization and ensure clarity of requirements for development teams Collaborate with scientists and laboratory personnel to understand workflows and identify improvements Analyze data quality issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve them Independently define scope, approach, and methodology for complex BA assignments Contribute to the development and governance of business analysis standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization This role requires: Bachelors degree, Masters degree in a life science with experience in computer science or information technology highly preferred 6+ years of experience in a research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific laboratory environment. Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is required. Experience with tools such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), SQL databases, and data modeling is important for success in this role. Familiarity with laboratory processes, relational databases, and software development lifecycle methodologies is preferred. Does this sound like you?
