$55,000-$65,000 A growing construction company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an organized accounting professional with strong AR and collections experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and cash applications Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Perform account reconciliations and research payment discrepancies Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing issues Assist with other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:
