Job Description

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear, practical insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is based in White Plains, New York, and is well suited for someone who can bridge business needs with technical data solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, experience working with modern data platforms, and the ability to communicate findings effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, uncover issues, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and manage data for reporting and analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support business visibility.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to define data needs, translate requirements, and improve reporting solutions.
  • Develop and support data pipelines or automated workflows using scripting or programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Apply data modeling and warehousing principles to structure information for accurate analysis and efficient access.
  • Work with cloud-based data environments, including AWS or Azure, to support scalable analytics and data integration.
  • Investigate data quality concerns and resolve complex data-related problems through structured analysis and testing.
