Basic Function:
To assist in the business and financial operations of a program or service. Reports to Designated Supervisor. Additional Basic Function

Examples of Duties:
Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following: Monitor accounts and reconcile income and expenses. Prepare and update financial reports. Document, route, file, and record financial transactions. Assess needs and recommend items for purchase. May assist in overseeing assigned support operation. May initiate actions on delinquent accounts. Provide functional guidance of administrative/professional employees and/or direct supervision of support staff on an ongoing basis. May provide ongoing facilitation of consecutive projects. Perform related duties as assigned. Additional Examples of Duties

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; three months' relevant experience. Or the equivalent combination of relevant business coursework and accounting, financial and/or business experience to equal at least five years.

Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
Working Schedule:
This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week.
