Job Description
ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Documentation Engage with business units to identify workflows and pain points Interface with technical teams to translate requirements Document current state processes (process maps, swimlane diagrams, workflow charts) Facilitate discussions to define future state processes Requirements Gathering & User Story Development Translate business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders Testing & Quality Assurance Develop test plans, scripts, and instructions Execute functional testing in Dev/Test environments Document defects and track resolution Coordinate and support UAT sessions Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Act as liaison between business and technical teams Communicate updates, risks, and issues clearly Support change management with training materials and documentation Duration 5-7 years Required Skills Business analysis and process documentation experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to create clear process diagrams and workflow documentation Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases Familiarity with DevOps or similar tools Hands-on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination Excellent communication and facilitation skills
