Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of an undergraduate degree is required. 10+ years of dedicated experience in a strategic planning role. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, critical thinking, and advanced forecasting methodologies. Proven track record in project management, successfully leading complex initiatives. Exceptional written communication skills, capable of producing high-impact reports and presentations for executive audiences.
