Job Description The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation is seeking a consultant to support a critical knowledge transfer and transition planning initiative. This role will work with the parking operations team to document processes, capture institutional knowledge, centralize processes, policy and identify areas of process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, naturally curious, has experience transforming complex information and processes into clear, accessible documentation. The team seeking someone who has worked within public sectors previously and is comfortable in ambiguous situations. Day to

Day:

• Working closely with the Parking Operations Manager, capturing integral knowledge and history of the department.
• Documenting current processes and assessing how urgent needs are addressed
