Job Description As a Security Officer Incident Management in Bethlehem, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, observe and report concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
