Local to PA (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Required:

Bachelor's degree 3 years of Business Analyst experience Experience with SDLC, Agile, and business process mapping Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Experience working with IT, developers, QA, and business stakeholders Strong critical thinking, process analysis, and mapping skills (Visio, Lucid) Excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills

Preferred:

PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification Agile Practice Certification - CSM or AAC Construction or homebuilding industry experience Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between business and IT departments Translate business needs into system specifications Identify and implement system solutions for efficient processes Assist with IT strategy and planning, providing analysis and system solutions Create project-level documentation and manage requirements elicitation Work closely with developers and QA on design, development, and testing Manage and coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion Conduct project analysis and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders Track and report project status, including issue, risk, and decision logs Get in
