Required:

Bachelor's degree 5 years of business analyst experience 3 years of Salesforce or comparable CRM platform experience Salesforce Administrator certification Experience with SDLC and agile frameworks Ability to translate business needs into specifications Strong process analysis and process mapping skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience with SQL

Preferences:

Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certification Agile practice certification (CSM or AAC) Experience with Salesforce integrations Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce Homebuilding or building products industry experience

Responsibilities:

Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders Translate business needs into functional specifications Map current and future state business processes Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation Analyze Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards Identify and resolve application issues Coordinate user acceptance testing and support QA efforts Support release management and change control Manage small project workstreams Serve as the primary liaison between Technology and business stakeholders Get in
