Location:

1 day/week on site, 4 days/week remote Supports business and technology teams by gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing issues, and helping implement system solutions. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and IT to ensure business needs are translated into effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support change requests, enhancements, and project initiatives. Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide production support, issue investigation, and root cause analysis. Track requirements and project progress through the project lifecycle. Review test plans and validate solutions against requirements. Research and recommend solutions based on business and data analysis. Develop knowledge of healthcare payer systems and technologies. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Business Analyst experience ( gathering requirements and documenting workflows/processes) Enterprise level experience is a must - Ability to work in a very fast-paced, enterprise environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Point, OneNote).
