What You'll Do As a Business Data Analyst in AI & Analytics, you will play a critical role in helping pharmaceutical companies make better decisions that improve health outcomes by providing a solid data foundation for generating actionable insights. Responsibilities Become proficient in working with healthcare data and develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Process, analyze, and manage data using Python, SQL, and other programming languages. Leverage AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Conduct basic business analyses, such as exploratory data analysis and reporting. Transform results into digestible visualizations. Communicate analytical findings in a team-based environment. Qualifications We expect you to have a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, an excellent work ethic, a self-directed approach, and a team-oriented demeanor. In addition to knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL, you'll also need experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Experience with statistical modeling, data manipulation, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is also a plus. New hires are required to be in office for 5 days a week for the first 6 months. After 6 months, 3 days a week in office will be required.
