Duties:
Responsible for software development processes.
Manage and supervise requirements gathering, analysis, design,implementation and testing.
Oversee and document functional and technical requirements and create specifications.
Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches.
Drive process performance improvement, diagnosing the problem, planning and leading the transformation.
Communicate and justify estimates for the client.
Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
Responsible for creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables.
