Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Healthcare Business Analyst Newtown, PA Posted 2 days ago Apply Now Job Description A leading healthcare payor is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic Member Experience and Digital Transformation initiatives across Member Operations, Enrollment, Population Health Management, Care Management, Utilization Management, and Digital Strategy teams. This individual will play a critical role in documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and helping create a more integrated and seamless member experience across communication channels, digital platforms, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare business analysis experience, outstanding stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead requirements gathering efforts for enterprise-wide initiatives focused on improving the member journey. Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple healthcare business functions
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes
• Identify operational gaps and integration opportunities across member-facing functions
• Document workflows, requirements, use cases, and process improvements
• Partner with digital, design, and operational teams to improve member engagement experiences
• Research industry trends, competitive offerings, and member experience best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support modernization initiatives
• Create process flows and workflow diagrams using Visio or similar tools Support initiatives aimed at delivering a unified and consistent member experience Success Factors
• Strong facilitator who can confidently lead meetings and drive stakeholder alignment
• Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities beyond stated requirements
• Ability to connect information across multiple business functions
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years in the healthcare payor and/or medicaid/medicare space
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Proven experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Experience facilitating meetings with business stakeholders and leadership
• Process mapping and workflow documentation experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a highly visible role
• Visio or similar process modeling tools
• Competitive research and business process improvement experience
