Job Description
Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company
- ,•is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to support KITS and our government customer.
- Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- + Develop processes to efficiently support Agile processes and ensure customer satisfaction + Serve as Scrum Master, advocating for customer priorities and ensuring team is aligned and completing these priorities + Lead meetings with the product owner + Manage scheduling, set agendas, ensure follow-up actions are captured and the loop closed on all requests.
Example:
Defect Summary reports, Work Breakout by Developer, etc. + As needed, be prepared to provide technical writing support by peer reviewing any communication to the client for items such as status reports or proposal responses.Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- + Oral and written communication skills + Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements + Interpersonal and consultative skills + Facilitation skills + Analytical thinking and problem solving + Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy + Organizational skills + Requirement's engineering + Processes modeling + Understanding of networks, databases and other technology used in Enterprise projects + 2+ Experience with WordPress + Experience with Jira.

- Stakeholder Analysis & Change
- : + Effectively identifies stakeholders from all areas of the business and actively builds and maintains relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence. + Contributes to communication plans and change management for project and stakeholders. + Ability to understand and work in Agile sprints.
Business Analysis Planning:
- + Selects the appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work depending on its complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
- + Highly responsive to changing business priorities with the ability to plan ahead, accounting for potential changes and corrective actions.
- Solution Evaluation
- + Highly proficient in analyzing and assessing solution proposals and able to articulate supporting reasoning.
Optional:
- + Established knowledge of or some experience working with Government agencies + Practical usage of Agile Methodology + Exposure to User Centered Design and Design thinking (User Experience, Prototyping, User Interface Design and Business Process Design)
