SoftServe, Inc. seeks a Business Analysis Cluster Lead in Fort Myers, FL to lead a cluster of Business Analysts and ensure high-quality delivery across projects; Coordinate current-state analysis, define future-state, perform gap analysis, and maintain domain knowledge integrity; Oversee BA planning activities, including tasks, deliverables, schedules, and methodologies; Supervise and guide elicitation activities, workshops, and development of new elicitation frameworks; Mentor and train Business Analysts on advanced elicitation, collaboration, and communication techniques; Manage stakeholder expectations, focusing on CSAT, NPS, and overall collaboration outcomes; Advise on requirements prioritization, traceability, approval processes, change management, and maintenance; Oversee solution evaluation, monitor solution performance, and supervise related Business Analysts activities; Set and track Business Analysts performance metrics and KPIs, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement; Manage staffing, engagement, and retention within the Business Analysts cluster; Monitor technology and market trends, identify opportunities, and integrate insights into service offerings; Support development of new services, prepare business cases, assess ROI, and contribute to practice innovations; Align cluster operations with business objectives and execute strategies supporting growth; Forecast and track revenue, monitor performance against targets, and adjust plans as needed; Oversee cluster budgeting, track deviations, and ensure effective resource utilization; Use data and analytics to monitor service quality, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions; Develop and update portfolio case studies, incorporating relevant statistics and results; Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and practice guidelines; Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, client partners, and delivery managers; Conduct market research for continuous service improvement and opportunity identification; Establish and maintain secure customer data management processes across the project lifecycle (obtaining, exchange, storage, retention, deletion).

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation performing each of the following: business and process architecture using frameworks such as BizBOK, TOGAF, or Zachman; practical experience designing software systems and solutions using IIBA standard; managing complex software implementation projects utilizing Agile, Scrum methodologies, and SAFe framework; conducting risk management and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making; and applying U.S. and European business practices to optimize operational effectiveness. Six (6) months of required experience must include managing or leading teams in pre-sales, proposal development, and delivery of customer-focused solutions.
