Farm Credit Southeast Missouri is the region's premier agricultural lending cooperative, serving farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities throughout Southeast Missouri. As part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, we provide financing, insurance, and financial services that support agriculture and rural America. Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, the Business Analyst will partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, implement technology solutions, support business applications, and leverage data to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Gather, document, and validate business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical business and technology solutions. Support the implementation and enhancement of business applications and technology platforms. Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Coordinate projects involving internal departments, vendors, and business partners. Research and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of business analysis, project management, or related experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience documenting requirements, supporting projects, and improving business processes. Working knowledge of SQL/DB2 databases, enterprise data sources, and Power BI. Experience with Salesforce, nCino, loan accounting systems, FIS Profile, or similar business applications preferred. Ability to create training materials and effectively support end users. Experience in financial services, agricultural lending, or Farm Credit operations is a plus. Ability to effectively use approved generative AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity while protecting confidential information.
