$21 - $26 per hour Summary The primary objective of this role is to provide supplemental support to the Bureau in the adoption of electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. Responsibilities include customer service, verbal and written communication, business process support, workflow analysis, problem identification, end-user assistance, and stakeholder outreach. The selected contractor will serve as a member of the EDRS Adoption Team, assisting external stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals, with EDRS onboarding and enrollment. The role involves collaboration with BHSR staff, primarily the QAT and Business Workflow units, to support healthcare facilities in successfully accessing and utilizing EDRS. Responsibilities Assist in the analysis and management of facility setup within PAVRMS. Review current EDRS usage and tailor outreach strategies based on adoption rates. Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities to understand reporting workflows and recommend strategies to support electronic reporting. Communicate findings and issues to the Team Lead and QAT for further assistance. Assist external stakeholders with establishing and recovering SSO credentials. Support external stakeholders with linking SSO credentials to PAVRMS accounts. Provide end-user support, including password resets, account unlocks, account troubleshooting, and process guidance. Maintain a working knowledge of SSO and EDRS account request procedures. Understand and explain business requirements and workflows for instructional purposes. Refer users to appropriate technical, training, and support resources. Report application defects and escalate potential deficiencies to the Team Lead. Assist with outreach initiatives to increase awareness of EDRS and facilitate enrollment. Provide recommendations to facilities for incorporating EDRS into operational workflows. Operational Requirements Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by close of business each Friday. Submit weekly personal status reports through SharePoint by close of business each Friday. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support within the information technology industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience delivering training or technical support to professional audiences preferred. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Business Analysis Experience Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis. Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. Experience creating workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Experience developing Business Requirements documents, including project initiation documentation, objectives, and quality measures. Experience developing Functional Requirements that define system, process, or service capabilities. Experience developing User (Stakeholder) Requirements and translating stakeholder needs into deliverables. Experience developing Quality of Service (Non-Functional) Requirements, including performance, scalability, security, usability, and service quality. Experience developing Report Specifications, including purpose, justification, ownership, attributes, and runtime parameters.
