Oakland Department Overview Operations Support is dedicated to creating cross-commodity consistency and standards in Operations. The team provides support services guided by best practices and a relentless pursuit for improvement. It has single points of accountability for Clerical Services, Change Control & Order Management, Performance & Process Improvement, Ops Data Analytics & Tools, Non-Energy Billing and Clerical Knowledge & Skills. Operations Support is comprised of approximately 1,000 coworkers. The Non-Energy Billing department is defining billing process standards and providing overall governance and oversight for Non-Energy billing. Some of the current priorities are:- Continue lean process work for additional revenue streams
- Setup a Performance Management Infrastructure
- Roll out billing standards framework
- Work with Propel Team for implementation of Non-Energy billing Position Summary This role will be placed within the Non-Energy Billing governance team; a high performing, fast paced organization redefining the standard for Non-Energy billing.
Bay Minimum:
$82,000Bay Area Mid:
$103,000Bay Maximum:
$124,000 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Job Responsibilities Prepares monthly invoices and obtain appropriate approvals Monitor collection and partner with Non-Energy Collection Unit as needed Prepares financial reports SME regarding NEBS (SAP) billing Performs analysis on moderately complex data models selecting from various reports and data options. Performs research internally and externally. ( removed basic if we can) Understands business needs, develops new reports and performs custom/ad-hoc reporting working independently. Presents findings to various audiences.Qualifications Minimum:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience Job-related experience, 2 yearsDesired:
