Job Description

We are seeking a skilled
  • Maintenance Technician II
  • to support facility operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services across the facility while delivering excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors + Perform maintenance and repairs on: + Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems + Gas and electric water heaters and furnaces + Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment + Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts + Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections + Repair and maintain facility infrastructure and resident accommodations + Operate machine tools (e.
g., lathe, drill, grinder, milling machines) + Complete work orders and assigned projects in a timely manner + Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE + Report safety hazards and incidents immediately
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • + Experience in one or more of the following trades: + Plumbing + Electrical + Carpentry + Welding / metal fabrication + Boiler, hydraulic, or HVAC systems + Associate's degree
  • or•6 months to 1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination) + Ability to read instructions, write basic reports, and communicate effectively + Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, ratios) + Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude •Physical Requirements•+ Frequent walking, tool handling, and communication + Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, and balancing + Ability to lift: + Up to 35 lbs regularly + Up to 65 lbs with assistance + Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments •Work Environment•+ Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor conditions + Occasional exposure to chemicals, electrical hazards, and vibration + Moderate noise levels •Additional Requirements•+ Must successfully complete a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting + Clearance must be obtained prior to employment + Requirement is due to working in a senior living environment •
Pay Details:
  • $30.
