Full Job Description Business Analyst II:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst II for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Richmond office.
Job Description:
The Business Analyst II will be responsible for delivering core business analysis services, project management, and change management. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, and coordinating with I&T support teams and clients on various technical activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop process maps, project plans, and business change management plans Prepare presentations for steering committees Maintain risk and issue logs, decision logs, and statements of work Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Coordinate and provide direction to support teams
Mandatory Skills:
Proven track record as an Intermediate Business Analyst with 3-5 years of industry experience Proficient in using the entire MS Office Suite and Visio Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in English (written/verbal) Skilled in facilitating meetings and workshops Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines Experience in driving organizational change
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with business process improvement methodologies Knowledge of project management principles and techniques Ability to manage change across different stakeholder groups Continuous improvement mindset
Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
Start Date:
ASAP.
Assignment Location:
Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office.
