This role focuses on translating business requirements into clear functional specifications while supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements that align with Guardian's enterprise objectives. You Are An analytical problem-solver who can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities. A strong communicator who builds relationships across business and technology teams. Detail-oriented and process-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex business challenges. A collaborative team player who serves as a resource and mentor to others. You Will Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements that support strategic and operational goals. Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Business and functional requirements documents. Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements and analysis artifacts, which includes: process flows and workflow diagrams, use cases, business rules, supporting specifications, system access matrices, configuration documentation, and setup data. Support solution delivery by defining test scope, developing test scenarios, and participating in system and user acceptance testing. Serve as a liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of business processes, priorities, and requirements. Participate in reviews of team deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Guardian documentation standards. Communicate analysis findings and recommendations through clear, concise presentations and decision‑support materials. Work independently on moderately complex initiatives and contribute to or lead defined components of larger or more complex projects. You Have 4 - 6+ years of business analysis experience. Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Knowledge of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement. Experience supporting testing efforts, including test planning and user acceptance testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work with broad direction while exercising autonomy and accountability. Experience serving as a resource or mentor to less experienced team members.
